The preorder window opens and you can place your order. You get an order confirmation email straight away, and your spot in the batch is reserved.
Wider SKU range closes
Week 1 to 2
The wider SKU range is available for the first 1 to 2 weeks of the window. After that it closes, so if you want a specific variant, order early.
Stock reaches India
Week 4 to 5
The stock reaches India, clears customs and arrives at our warehouse. Foreign transit and customs are the parts we cannot control, so this is where timing can move a little.
Your order is dispatched
Within 24 hours
Within 24 hours of the stock arriving, orders are dispatched and you get your tracking details. Transit within India then takes 3 to 5 days. Enter your pincode on the product page to see a precise estimate.

Preorder products are not sitting in our warehouse yet. We import them in batches from the brand, which means freight and customs before anything reaches us. Batching is also what keeps prices sensible.
Can the dates change?
They are honest estimates, not promises. The brand's production, customs clearance, and foreign and local transit are the things most likely to move a date, usually by days rather than weeks. If your batch shifts, we will let you know.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive your order tracking details by email and in your customer account as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my preorder?
