Shipping and Returns

How Vrkaa ships orders across India and how returns, refunds and cancellations work. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

Shipping

• Shipping is free on every order within India, with no minimum order value.
• Orders are usually processed within one business day of payment confirmation. Sales and holidays can add a little time.
• Standard delivery across India takes 1 to 7 business days.
• You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Returns

• Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing admindesk@vrkaa.com. Returns sent without a request are not accepted.
• The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Record a video of the parcel at delivery with the sealed label clearly visible. It is required for damage and dead-on-arrival claims.

Refunds

• Dead on arrival: report it within 48 hours with photos or video. No return shipping charge applies.
• Defective or damaged items: approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Damage to the outer box or wrapping alone is not covered.
• Undamaged items: refunded as store credit, minus a flat ₹170 return shipping charge and a 1% restocking fee.
• Rejected returns: the item is sent back to you for a flat ₹340 (return and forward shipping).

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us or message us on Instagram or Discord with your order ID. You get an email once the cancellation is done.
